Daywise Itinerary

Arrive at Leh airport (KushokBakula Rinpoche) by morning flight. This flight is one of the most sensational flights in the world. On a clear day from one side of the aircraft can be seen in the distance the peaks of K2, Nanga Parbat, Gasherbrum and on the other side of the aircraft, so close that you feel you could reach out and touch it, is the Nun Kun massif. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel. You would take a little time to settle in and acclimatize since you have gone from a relatively low elevation to over 11,000 feet! During the afternoon, visit Leh Market, Leh Palace and Shanti Stupa to allow you to get oriented to this fascinating city. Stay overnight in Leh.

Note:- In view to acclimatize yourself in Leh Environment, take rest (Don't sleep), drink water, use Diamox (if required) and avoid smoking & drinking on arrival day.

Day 2 : Leh Local (Sham Valley)

After breakfast visit Magnetic Hill, Hall of Fame, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and The Sangam of Zanskar & Indus River. Later back to hotel and overnight stay at hotel in Leh.

Day 3 : Leh to Nubra Valley (125 KM / 5-6 Hrs )

After an early breakfast, we will start our journey towards Nubra Valley. It is located at a distance of 125 km from Leh. On our way to Nubra Valley, we will pass through the highest motorable road in a world that is the Khardungla Pass. It is at a height of 5602 meters. After arriving at Nubra, we will visit the Sand dunes at Hunder. If you want, you can enjoy a camel ride, Cultural Dance Show & ATV Ride here (On your own Cost). After visiting Hunder, if time permits, we will go to the Diskit Monastery. After all the sightseeing is complete, you will check-in at the Hotel/Camps in Nubra Valley. The evening is at leisure. Dinner and night stay at Nubra.

Note:- All adventure activities are not the part of package, guest can enjoy on direct payment basis.

Day 4 : Nubra to Pangong via Shyok (150 KM / 06 - 07Hrs)

We will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyambridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive to Pangong Lake (3 Idiot Shooting point) on the Indo-China border. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the Shyokriver on one side and the Mountains on another side.The lake is a major attraction of the region and is amongst the highest altitude saline water lakes in the world and changes colors from shades of blue to green to red. Featured in movies like 3-idiots and Jab TakHaiJaan, it is said to be the most beautiful lake in India. Overnight stay at a campsite near Pangong lake.

Day 5 : Pangong Lake to Leh (155 KM / 05 - 06 Hrs)

Morning to the beautiful Pangong Lake and enjoy breakfast near the Lake. Start your drive back and pass through the numerous villages on the way like Durbuk, Tangtse many more on the way Leh, take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea. Stay overnight in Leh.

Day 6 : Leh

Post breakfast, depart for Leh airport. End your trip with memories to cherish forever.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR TOURIST VISITING LADAKH

Only post-paid mobile phones work in Leh-Ladakh, preferably BSNL, Airtel and Jio. As phones may not work in many places, keep your family members informed well in advance not to worry if they fail to contact you.
You would hardly find any cellular network in most of the areas in Leh. BSNL works better here, however, you would find Airtel and Jio signals also at some places (Leh, Hunder and Diskit).
Don’t expect high-speed internet in Ladakh.
Keep ready a pair of woollen (not heavy) with you as temperature may dip as low as 5 degrees any time even during summer months.
Carry good Sun Screen lotion, sunglasses (goggles), and cap with you to avoid sunburn as sun rays are direct and can burn your skin.
Don’t forget to carry photo id with you. Driving License, Passport, Voter Cards, and Aadhaar are valid photo IDs.
While travelling on the mountains, keep drinking water and eating healthy food and fruits to avoid high altitude sickness and dizziness due to curvy roads, low air pressure and dry air.
Carry headache, stomachache, anti-vomiting tablets with you.
You may consume diamox at least 7-8 hours before arrival at Leh (preferably before falling asleep) and may also take before boarding plane to Leh. The medicine is optional. Having rest and drinking enough water for some hours after reaching Leh is advised.
Leh has some ATM machines where you can withdraw cash. These machines witness long queues of customers during peak season and run out of cash many times. Non-connectivity is another issue. So carrying enough cash is advisable.
Please respect the Buddhist and Muslim culture of Ladakh. People of all communities here believe in brotherhood and harmony and respects the tourists. The residents expect the same from the tourists.

General Conditions & Remarks:

• Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
• Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
• Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
• We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date.
• Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
• In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
• Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel's acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
• Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel's discretion.
• All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
• We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

Covid-19 Guidelines:

• We require all guest's ID proof (Pan Card not accepted) upon confirmation of booking to ensure all services booked on time.
• Our team is committed to work on physical contactless environment and our local team members will wear face mask while interacting the guests.
• Our vehicles will be sanitized as per administration/ government guidelines and will be equipped with hand sanitizers.
• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas/ inside vehicle and to sanitise or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase with our tour coordinators.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days.
• If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
• 15 to 07 Days - 50 % of the Total Cost.
• 07 Days or less - 100% of the Total cost.
