Daywise Itinerary

Namaste and Welcome to Ahmedabad Railway Station / Airport you will get a warm welcome from our representative, transfer to the hotel for check in and overnight stay at the hotel in Ahmedabad.

Day 2 : Ahmedabad Sightseeing

Morning after breakfast, visit Sabarmati Riverfront, Sabarmati Ashram, Kankariya Lake &Swaminarayan Temple. After sightseeing transfer to the hotel for check in and overnight stay at Ahmedabad Hotel.

Day 3 : Ahmedabad - Vadodara Sightseeing (120 Km / 03 Hrs. approx.)

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Vadodara as reach check in at the hotel. Later visit Laxmi Vilas Palace, Sur Sagar Lake, Sayaji Garden & Baroda Museum. Overnight stay at Vadodara.

Day 4 : Vadodara - Statue of Unity - Vadodara (90 Km / 02 Hours approx. |one way|)

Morning after breakfast proceed to Statue of Unity, visit SardarSarovar Dam, Statue of SardarVallabhbhai Patel, visit Flower Valley & Selfie Point, after sightseeing return back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel in Vadodara.

Day 5 : Vadodara - Bhavnagar Sightseeing (200 Km / 04 Hrs. approx.)

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Bhavnagar, as we reach check in at the hotel for fresh up, after fresh up transfer to visit Nishkalank Temple (if open) & Koliyak temple, after that return back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel in Bhavnagar.

Day 6 : Bhavnagar - Ahmedabad Departure (200 Km / 05 Hrs. approx.)

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Ahmedabad, as we reach we shall escort you to Ahmedabad Airport / Railway Station. Tour Ends with sweet memories.

General Conditions & Remarks:

• Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
• Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
• Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
• We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date.
• Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
• In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
• Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel's acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
• Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel's discretion.
• All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
• We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

Covid-19 Guidelines:

• We require all guest's ID proof (Pan Card not accepted) upon confirmation of booking to ensure all services booked on time.
• Our team is committed to work on physical contactless environment and our local team members will wear face mask while interacting the guests.
• Our vehicles will be sanitized as per administration/ government guidelines and will be equipped with hand sanitizers.
• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas/ inside vehicle and to sanitise or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase with our tour coordinators.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days.
• If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
• 15 to 07 Days - 50 % of the Total Cost.
• 07 Days or less - 100% of the Total cost.
