Daywise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival at Delhi - Manali (by Volvo)

Namaste and welcome to the capital of India Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport and transfer to Volvo stand RK Ashram Metro station / Kashmiri Gate/ Majnuka Tilla @5 PM. Overnight journey by Volvo, Volvo Facilities A/C Semi Sleeper, LCD T.V. Push Back seats, Thigh Rests.

Day 2 : Manali Town and Local Sightseeing

Morning on arrival at Manali transfer to hotel for check in (early check in and late check - out subject to availability). In Afternoon transfer to half day city tour visit Hadimba Devi Temple. Vashisht Temple, Vashisht Hot Water Springs and Van Vihar. Also visit famous Mall Road, Tibetan Monastery, Shopping in Manali market for handicraft items and others. After shopping, transfer to a hotel, and overnight at Manali hotel.

Day 3 : Solang Valley

After Breakfast transfer to full day sightseeing of Solang Valley. Get to enjoy of snow and enjoy Skiing, Snow Bike, & Paragliding (on direct payment basis) around Solang, in the mountain side fields. Evening back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Manali.

Note: In case of heavy snowfall guest have to hire local chain vehicle on direct payment basis.

Day 4 : Manali - Kullu & Nagger - Delhi (By Volvo)

Morning after breakfast check out from hotel and transfer to visit Naggar Castle, Vaishno Devi Temple, Woollen World Famous Pashmina Shawls Factory and free for River Rafting & other activities (On direct payment basis). After sightseeing in the evening on time drop at Volvo stand by 5 PM. Overnight journey to Delhi by Volvo.

Day 5 : Delhi Departure

Morning, on arrival at Delhi, pick up from Volvo stand and we shall escort you to Delhi Airport / Railway Station. Tour ends with sweet Memories.

Inclusions

Accommodation is on twin sharing basis
Meals : breakfast at all places
Transfers from one place to another
Sightseeing in private cars
Vehicle will be provided based on the itinerary
All current taxes such as hotel taxes and transportation taxes

Exclusions

Entrance fees at the monuments/ temples
Meals not mentioned in inclusions
Personal Expenses / Purchase of things
Any kind of insurance
Any increase in the govt. taxes and state taxes
Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.

General Conditions & Remarks:

• Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
• Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
• Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
• We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date.
• Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
• In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
• Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel's acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
• Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel's discretion.
• All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
• We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

Covid-19 Guidelines:

• We require all guest's ID proof (Pan Card not accepted) upon confirmation of booking to ensure all services booked on time.
• Our team is committed to work on physical contactless environment and our local team members will wear face mask while interacting the guests.
• Our vehicles will be sanitized as per administration/ government guidelines and will be equipped with hand sanitizers.
• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas/ inside vehicle and to sanitise or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase with our tour coordinators.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days.
• If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
• 15 to 07 Days - 50 % of the Total Cost.
• 07 Days or less - 100% of the Total cost.
