Daywise Itinerary

Get smooth landing in Varanasi. Meet our assistants to transfer to the hotel. Evening observe the Holy worship or the Aarti custom on the Ghats of The Ganges. The Varanasi Ganga Aarti happens every day at blessed Dasaswamedh Ghat. The aarti is performed on a phase by a gathering of youthful pandits development of the lights, held in the pandits' hands, is firmly synchronizing to the musical serenades of psalms and crash of cymbals. The potent fragrance of sandalwood thickly saturates the air. Remain Overnight in the hotel.

Day 2 : Varanasi Sightseeing

You will be taken on an early morning to Ganga Ghat for Holy dips. After that you will be taken on a temple tour to enjoy the morning rituals in famous temples like Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Vishalakshi Temple, Kaal Bhairav Temple, B.H.U., Sankat Mochan Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Durga Mandir, Tridev Temple. Later, you will be taken back to the hotel for breakfast and rest. By early afternoon, you will be taken on a road trip to Sarnath. Sarnath is the spot where Lord Buddha delivered his sermon after getting enlightenment. Top attractions visited in Sarnath are Archeological Museum, Buddha Temples, Stupas and others. After sightseeing return back to the hotel and overnight stay in Varanasi.

Day 3 : Varanasi - Prayagraj (130 Kms / 03 Hrs approx.)

Morning after breakfast, proceed to explore the famous historic and most populous city in the state of U.P Prayagraj. On arrival check in at the hotel. The places we visit during this city tour are Anandbhavan, The Holy Triveni Sangam or Prayag of Allahabad. TriveniSangam is the meeting point of River Ganga, River Yamuna and the mythical River Saraswati. A dip at the Sangam is believed to free one from the burden of mortal sins. Evening back to the hotel. Overnight stay at Prayagraj.

Day 4 : Prayagraj - Varanasi - Departure (130 Kms / 03 Hrs approx.)

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Varanasi as reach we shall escort you to Varanasi Airport. Tour ends with sweet memories.

General Conditions & Remarks:

• Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
• Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
• Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
• We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date.
• Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
• In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
• Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel's acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
• Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel's discretion.
• All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
• We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

Covid-19 Guidelines:

• We require all guest's ID proof (Pan Card not accepted) upon confirmation of booking to ensure all services booked on time.
• Our team is committed to work on physical contactless environment and our local team members will wear face mask while interacting the guests.
• Our vehicles will be sanitized as per administration/ government guidelines and will be equipped with hand sanitizers.
• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas/ inside vehicle and to sanitise or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase with our tour coordinators.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days.
• If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
• 15 to 07 Days - 50 % of the Total Cost.
• 07 Days or less - 100% of the Total cost.
