Daywise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival at Hyderabad & Sightseeing

Pickup from Hyderabad Airport, you will get a warm welcome and transfer to the hotel for check in (early checkin and late check out is subject to availability) after fresh up visit Chowmahalla Palace, Charminar, Mecca Masjid, Salarjung Museum and free for shopping at local market and overnight stay at hotel in Hyderabad.

Day 2 : Hyderabad Sightseeing

Morning after Breakfast, visit Birla Temple, Snow World, Lumbini Park, Golconda Fort (entry fees directly), Necklace Road, HussainSagar Lake. Evening free for shopping in the local market. Later back to the hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 3 : Full Day Ramoji Film City

After Breakfast, proceed to visit the primary tourist place of Hyderabad, Ramoji Film City. Full day would be nearly sufficient at Ramoji Film City. Evening back to hotel and overnight stay at hotel in Hyderabad.

Day 4 : Hyderabad Departure

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and we shall escort you to Hyderabad Airport. Tour Ends with sweet memories.

Meals not mentioned in inclusions
Personal Expenses / Purchase of things
Any kind of insurance
Any increase in the govt. taxes and state taxes
Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.

General Conditions & Remarks:

• Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
• Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
• Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
• We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date.
• Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
• In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
• Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel's acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
• Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel's discretion.
• All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
• We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

Covid-19 Guidelines:

• We require all guest's ID proof (Pan Card not accepted) upon confirmation of booking to ensure all services booked on time.
• Our team is committed to work on physical contactless environment and our local team members will wear face mask while interacting the guests.
• Our vehicles will be sanitized as per administration/ government guidelines and will be equipped with hand sanitizers.
• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas/ inside vehicle and to sanitise or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase with our tour coordinators.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days.
• If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
• 15 to 07 Days - 50 % of the Total Cost.
• 07 Days or less - 100% of the Total cost.
