Daywise Itinerary

Day 1 : Arrival at Ahmedabad - Gandhinagar - Ahmedabad (20 Km / 30 mints approx. |one way|)

Namaste and Welcome to the largest city of Gujarat upon Ahmedabad Airport, you will get a warm welcome from our representative, and transfer to Gandhinagar to visit Akshardham Temple after sightseeing return back to Ahmedabad. Check in at the hotel and overnight stay at Ahmedabad.

Day 2 : Ahmedabad Sightseeing

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and visit Sabarmati Riverfront, Sabarmati Ashram, The Adalaj Stepwell & Kankaria Lake. After sightseeing, return back to the hotel and overnight stay at Ahmedabad.

Day 3 : Ahmedabad - Statue of unity - (200 Km / 04 Hrs. approx.) - Vadodara (90 Km / 02 Hrs. approx.)

Morning after breakfast check out from the hotel and Proceed to visit Statue of Unity, Flower Valley & Selfie Point. After sightseeing, transfer to Vadodara, check-in at the hotel and overnight stay at Vadodara.

Day 4 : Vadodara - Ahmedabad Departure (120 Km / 03 Hrs. approx.)

Morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Ahmedabad as we reach we shall escort you to Ahmedabad Airport / Railway Station. Tour ends with sweet memories.

Entrance fees at the monuments/ temples
Meals not mentioned in inclusions
Personal Expenses / Purchase of things
Any kind of insurance
Any increase in the govt. taxes and state taxes
Anything not mentioned in the itinerary.

General Conditions & Remarks:

• Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
• Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
• Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
• We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days of travel date.
• Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.
• In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
• Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel's acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
• The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.
• Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel's discretion.
• All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
• We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

Covid-19 Guidelines:

• We require all guest's ID proof (Pan Card not accepted) upon confirmation of booking to ensure all services booked on time.
• Our team is committed to work on physical contactless environment and our local team members will wear face mask while interacting the guests.
• Our vehicles will be sanitized as per administration/ government guidelines and will be equipped with hand sanitizers.
• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas/ inside vehicle and to sanitise or wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase with our tour coordinators.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation of Group Tours must be before 20 Days and FIT Tours must be before 10 Days.
• If circumstances force you to cancel the BOOKING, the cancellation must be intimated to us in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply.
• 15 to 07 Days - 50 % of the Total Cost.
• 07 Days or less - 100% of the Total cost.
