Kailashahar Sightseeing

Once used to be the capital city of the Tripuran kingdom, Kailashahar is one of the oldest sites of the state that has been observed with architecture and ancient temples. The place is covered with dense forests that include more than 16 tea estates. Being located in the northern part of the state the city includes a serene environment and numerous tourist attractions sites making it one of the best places for tourism.

Chouddo Devotar Mandir: This a popular temple of the city known for housing 14 deities dedicated to the mother of Tripura. Situated on top of the tortoise-shaped hill, the temple welcomes devotees from all over the state.
